As we all know, the SEC does not have the authority to regulate foreign exchange. We checked the National Futures Association (NFA) and did not find any matching information in the NFA. In addition, we found that the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) issued a warning against VIP Traders Club Limited, believing this company might be providing financial services or products without authorisation.In essence, VIP Traders Club Limited is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting it with investors’ funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds. VIP Traders Club Limited appears to be a scam.
